保鄉神射 – 台灣反入侵 30萬實彈神射手訓練專案
台灣人面對中共的不斷武力威脅，是時候從安逸和無感中覺醒了！
這也是所有熱愛自由的國家警醒的時刻了！若不即時以行動支持台灣的安全及領土，對世界的後果極其嚴重，全球秩序將不保。這點應該大聲且明確得讓各國知曉：世界秩序之存亡，與台灣的國安及領土完整，乃一體之兩面。
我們相信，促成這種警覺性的最有效途徑，無論對台灣公民還是世界人民，就是提升台灣平民保護自己鄉土的武裝能力，例如射擊。
在數位化時代，射擊能力似乎有點老派。但是，平民能夠舉起槍枝、準確射擊這件事本身，背後代表的心理強度和意志力，就足以弱化敵人對你土地的覬覦之心。對台灣而言，底層邏輯是非常清晰的：敵方若軍事入侵台灣，就必須佔領每一寸的台灣領土；只要有一部份台灣人在他所居的區域內拒絕被佔領，敵方的入侵就完全失去意義了，而且還可能導致敵方自己政權的整體垮台。
因此，我們發動「保鄉神射 – 台灣反入侵實彈神射手訓練專案」；在曹興誠先生所捐助的四億元台幣之啟動預算下，我們期待在一年之內促其成為事實，然後，在這第一階段之後，期待全台各地方的憂國人士及地方政府在「本鄉人保本鄉土」之認知下，擴展至台灣全國，總目標是訓練出30萬名平民神射手。
由於專業實彈靶場需要一個完善、安全的運作環境，我們期待國軍及警界對此平民行動加以支持。若需要法規方面之補充，我們也期待中央及地方立法人士以行動支持。畢竟，平民和軍警、行政和立法，我們大家都同在一條船上！
在進行此專案的同時，我們將通過現有之半專業靶場，培育射擊技能，並期待能夠與國軍及警界的現有設施之間出現創造性的結合。

The Anti-Occupation Civil Defense Initiative (AOCDI)
It is time for the common folks of Taiwan to step out of their complacency or ignorance of the coming, if not imminent, military coercion from the Communist regime across the Strait. This is also the awakening moment for any freedom-loving nation of the globe to step up their support for the safety and integrity of our island nation. The severe consequences to the entire world for the lacking of stepping- up efforts , should be broadcasted loud and clear. As we Taiwanese see it, the very survival of the world order hinges upon the safety and integrity of our island nation.
We believe the most effective way to reach the desired level of awakening, for both Taiwanese citizens and people around the world is for the common folks to gain the capacity of protecting their homeland with weapons, such as a rifle.
In this digital world, rifle training for common people may seem old-fashioned , however, the mental capacity of these common people and the mere act of raising a rifle and shooting precisely, could mean deterring your enemy from entertaining the idea of seizing your homeland. For Taiwan, the underlying rationale is so simple: for any attempt of a military invasion to make sense, Every Inch of Taiwan has to be occupied. Should certain portions of Taiwan refuse to be occupied, the very invasion attempt would lose its purpose, and even mean the downfall of their entire regime back home.
Therefore, we, AOCDI, Anti-Occupation Civil Defense Initiative ,as a group of private citizens, will aim to train common folks who are determined to protect their homestead , under the committed funding of 400 million NT$ from Mr. Robert Tsao (曹興誠). We give ourselves one year to make it happen for this initial stage, and to expand quickly across island to produce 300 thousand expert marksmen.
We look forward to gaining the support of the various Defense and Police sectors which are relevant to this endeavor in setting up a proper operating framework for this private initiative. We are in the same boat.
Parallel to this Initiative, we will conduct shooting skills programs, utilizing the existing semi-professional shooting ranges, and hopefully as well as the existing training grounds and facilities of the various Defense and Police sectors.
